VR GP Vacancies in Northeastern NSW

Busy mixed-billing practice situated within the local University Campus is looking for 2 GPs, preferably full-time or 1 x FTE and 1 x 0.8 FTE, to help provide care for existing patient base.

The new doctors will be replacing a practitioner who recently departed due to family reasons, and care for established patient base who are waiting for doctor's arrival. 

Ideally, applicants should be unrestricted VR GPs with no conditions imposed on their rights to practice.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working days and hours: 
Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
No after-hours, or on-call work required

Rate of pay: 
70% of gross takings 

 Minimum contract length:
3 years commitment, ideally 5 years

• Modern, purpose - built facilities
• Practice supported by a full-time Clinic Manager and 7 admin staff members
•  2 other GPs and 3 RNs on site, 1 attending Surgeon  and Allied Health practitioners onsite ( Physiotherapy/ Exercise Physiology / Osteopathy/ Mental Health practitioners)
• Local Area Health/Hospitals: local public hospital 10 mins by car, private hospital– walking distance
• The practice is a local health hub, not only for the students and the University staff, but also for the local community.
