VR GP Position in the Hunter Valley NSW

Seeking a GP partner to join a purpose-built new healthcare hub in HUNTER VALLEY , which comes with an equity share (10-35%) in the business, dependent on commitment. A GP that will also lead the medical team, offering advice and clinical governance when required.

There is an excellent opportunity for a GP to join the practice in the Hunter Valley and become the Lead GP with an equity share in the business at no cost. Estimated completion of the building works will be late September and should be operational by end of October.

The clinic is currently being built and will form part of a larger health hub which will service the local community, including the high growth area. New residential estates have already commenced and there are 150 new homes and a further 1500 homes to be built in the next few years. There is a current population of 3500 people and services regional towns with a further 3000 people. This will grow to over 12,000 local people in the next 3-4 years.

The new clinic is situated at the gateway to the new residential estates and the neighboring suburbs, so all traffic needs to bypass the clinic to get to the central business districts and wineries. They are securing a large pharmacy group and other allied health services to take up the other tendencies.

They are offering an equity share in the business and 70% billings, part-time or fulltime. They have partnered with a corporate telehealth service, thus you will have the capacity to accrue revenue / billings from Day 1. The telehealth partner offer either a percentage billing model or hourly rate and have a huge patient demand, thus offering yourself some security from the start-up, until you build a local presence in the community.
