VR GP Position in the Hills District of Sydney

NEW CLINIC OPENING IN JANUARY 2021

About the Role:

• There will be 1-2 other GP’s in at this stage, growing to a maximum of 9 (this will take about 2 years). 
• 1 FT RN
• Rooms for Physio and Psychologist. 
• Douglas Pathology on site. 
• Best Practice Software with HotDoc bookings, recalls and reminders. 
• Fully Telehealth capable. 
• The practice is brand new and is almost 400 m2 in size. A total of 13 rooms, plus a large 3 bed treatment room, and separate procedures room. 
• Non corporate, family owned practice.

Rate of Pay:
70% of Billings and guaranteed $150 per hour for 4 months 
They will be bulk-billing initially, with the ability to introduce private billing as the doctor’s patient base grows. 

About the Location:

• There is a brand new Thompson HealthCare aged care facility is opening this year, just across the road
• existing retirement villages and Bupa aged care facility 300m away
• over 55’s estate just opened this year about 600m away. 
• schools everywhere around: Hills Grammar, Pacific Hills, Marion College, Oak Hill plus multiple public schools. 
• It’s an area with a lot of young families, a lot of retirees, and it is quite affluent.
