VR GP Position in the Bayside Area of Melbourne VIC

This well established community health service located in the Bayside area of Melbourne is seeking 1-2 full time GP's to start in January or February 2018.
Located only 10 min drive from Brighton.

Rate of pay?
GP gets 75% of billings  - the GP percentage is well above other GP clinics in Melbourne.
Days and Hours of work? 
Monday to Friday 830 am to 5 pm. Closed on weekends. They have a full time GP retiring so they would need the 4 days or 5 if possible.
How many GP’s in the clinic?
They have 3 GP's at the moment, plus 2 Paediatricians, 1 Endocrinologist and 1 Geriatrician.
Is there an RN in the practice?
They have a RN practice nurse, 1 Diabetes Educator (RN), and 2 Chronic disease Nurses (full time) – lots of support. Plus 4 physiotherapists, 2 Podiatrists, 6 OTs, Drug and alcohol team and counselling team on the same site. They also have a comprehensive reception, IT, Finance and HR support and a friendly management team.
Practice software used – Medical Director/PracSoft
Is there onsite parking or off-street parking – Yes onsite and it is free

The Principle GP is retiring and will be dropping down his hours from January 2018. He currently works 4 days therefore they have a full practice of clients and busy clinic for the new GP to be part of.
The practice does not open on weekends however they are establishing 1 later night on a Wednesday until 6pm – 6.30pm – this is flexible and negotiable. This is a bay side suburb but they are community health service so lots of options to have a varied caseload of patients.
