VR GP - only 9 mins drive from Maitland

We are seeking a VR GP for a centrally located clinic a the shopping centre next to Woolworths and only 9 minutes drive from Maitland.

The nearest tertiary hospital Maitland Hospital is minutes away.

The practice premises include three GP consult rooms, pathology, nurse and Allied Health room beside a kitchen and waiting area. 

Allied health operates from the premises. Full time GPs bill exceptionally well. The New GP should expect billing of no less than AUD650K . The practice has more than 10,000 registered patients.  Friendly and efficient staff and clinical support available.  The Practice Nurse assist with health assessments, immunizations, pap smears, ECG's, ear syringing etc working with Best Practice software.

Onsite mental health practitioner also available 2-3 days

• Contract minimum 3 yrs
• Visa sponsorship
• Economy class ticket  to Australia for the GP
• Accommodation –Reimbursement of 2 months house rent capped at $8K
• Rental Car for 4 weeks
• Minimum payment guarantee of $20K per month for 6 months
• % of billing: first year 70% billing thereafter 73% or Management fee 30% of billing Capped @ $6k / fortnight first year;  $8K/fortnight  for 2nd year and $10K for third year
• This position is suitable for Expedited & PEP (substantially comparable) Specialist pathways as level 3 supervision can be provided
