·Days – Monday – Friday
·Dates– 1 December 2015 – 8 January 2016
·Rate - $130/ph or 70% of billings, whichever is greater
·Patients – 5 or 6 per hour
·Software – Zedmed
·Hours – Between 8am & 8pm. Flexible roster available
