Staff Specialist Paediatrician

We are seeking a Staff Specialist Paediatrician to provide high quality clinical and non-clinical services including teaching and research for the Paediatrics Department of a regional hospital in QLD.

Salary and benefits

A remuneration package of up to $411049 inclusive of base salary, motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements.  In addition overtime and on-call allowances will be negotiated, superannuation of up to 12.75% and annual leave loading of 17.5% will be applied to the total remuneration package.

Essential requirements

• AHPRA/Medical Board of Australia Registration
• Fellowship of Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP)

247 bed referral hospital. Services include intensive care, coronary care, obstetrics, gynaecology, paediatrics, orthopaedic surgery, general surgery, vascular surgery, 24-hour emergency medicine, pharmacy, medical imaging, pathology and comprehensive mental health services.
