Plaque check are looking for locums to work either once off or ongoing that are based in QLD. Locations include:
These locations are usually based in Schools and Aged Care Facilities as a mobile clinic. A refer and request provider number is required. All patients are privately billed so any doctor - so a billing provider number is not required. Any doctor regardless of restrictions is eligible to apply!
You will be required to see patients who would like to check to see if they are at risk of having a stroke. If you seem the patients "high risk" then you would refer them to a sonographer for a scan and further investigations.
Please contact me now if you would like to express an interest in doing some locum work around QLD. Dates are available from this Friday 19 August ongoing. 1-2 days at a time.
