GP Locum Vacancy in Moreton Bay Area QLD

Well-established mixed-billed practice is looking for a GP locum to provide coverage while their regular doctor is on leave.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Dates:
23 March - 29 April 2020

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
No weekend or after hours work required.

Rate of pay:
150/hr or 70% of billings ​​​​​​

Who can apply:
As the practitioner will be working solo during the locum, they must have hold FRACGP or FACRRM, and be comfortable working solo.
Ideally looking for a local locum but, travel subsidy will be negotiable for applicants who are not local to the area.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE:

The practice has a focus on family medicine, care for the elderly, with a range of services to aid health and well being including Chronic Disease Management, Osteo Checks and a Pelvic Floor Exercise Chair.
There is also a range allied health services available in close proximity, including pharmacy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and dental services.
As a mixed billing practice, they offer bulk billing to pensioners, Health Care Card holders, children under 16 years age & eligible veterans.

LOCATION:

Conveniently located in the surfside township, at the local shopping village. Easily accessible for patients in suburbs of Bongaree, Bellara, Banksia Beach, White Patch, Sandstone Point, Ningi, Toorbul and Woorim. In close proximity to public transport with the  bus stopping across the road. There is also onsite parking available at the practice for those who prefer to drive.
