GP Locum Needed for a small rural town in NSW

A small rural town in rural NSW is seeking a GP locum to work from 22 Dec to 4 Jan 2015.

Given it is a solo GP/VMO setup, you will be required to be on-call from 8am 22 Dec to  8am 4 Jan 2015.  Daily ward rounds commence at approx 8:30am, and then a GP Clinic which is situated next to the ED, runs from 10am-12pm and 2pm - 4pm. Clinic hours are 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm

Motel accommodation in the centre of town is provided, which is approx 4-5mins from the hospital. The hospital kitchen will normally provide lunch and dinner for the GP/VMOs and breakfast is available at the motel.

The clinic uses Best Practice software and the hospital uses some other HNE Local Health District supplied electronic medical records systems for triage category 1,2,3 ED patients, and for all inpatients.  

They will organise your travel and will pay a daily rate of $1800 + GST
